Ann has a Masters Degree in Expressive Art Therapy and Fine Arts and is certified by the Kentucky Association of Hypnotherapy. She is currently president of Kentucky Association of Hypnotherapists and a retired Full Professor at Jefferson Community and Technical College. Hypnotherapy and Art Therapy both use images and symbols to bypass the logical mind and open to Inner Wisdom.
Hypnosis also encourages natural childbirth when the “mother to be” learns to trust her body using breathing and imagery techniques.
