Hypnosis:  Recover Lost Memories

                                                         What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness that uses the subconsciousness to strengthen ones awareness of the goals that he/she desires.

Most hypnotists induce a trance using a progressive deepening relaxation over several minutes.  Some hypnotists prefer to induce a client in a quick, or even an instant induction.  Once the client has learned the process he/she can often use self-hypnosis, especially if he/she has learned a progressive relaxation.

Hypnosis has two primary uses in therapy. The most common use is to assist in habit change and positive programming. The second important use is to access hidden information such as lost objects, past lives, abuse in earlier life, etc. Hypnosis, used by a skilled hypnotherapist, is a powerful tool.
